Reasons of Bullying

There are many causes behind bullying.-:
  1. Don't like the person being bullied.
  2. They find bullying fun and interesting.
  3. Like to feel strong.
  4. They think it will make them popular
Bullying behaviour can arise from distrust, fear, misunderstanding, and lack of knowledge or jealousy - all factors that schools can address in positive and proactive ways. Bullying can also happen because the student gets a reaction they like. This is where teaching student’s ways to effectively respond to bullying behaviour is helpful.
  • Reflects the attitudes towards bullying in the wider community e.g. on the sports field, in parliament,
  • Limited state legislation inadvertently condones school bullying or limits funding programs,
  • Restricted funding reduces training for teachers and limits implementation opportunities for schools to deal with it effectively.
  • Many school deny bullying and refuse to confront it,
  • Some schools pretend to care, show you their policy but don’t actually implement or intervene effectively when kids report bullying. They even allow staff to be bullied.
  • Many teachers are handicapped by a lack of support from senior management at their school.
  • Most schools don’t actively involve or assist the families who role model inappropriate behaviours to their children, influencing them to become targets, bullies or both.
  • Most schools allow teachers or parents to bully or vice versa, creating an inappropriate role model for their children. How can a bullied teacher help a bullied child?
  • Most schools don’t place formal expectations upon the onlookers/peer-group/ witnesses to intervene, challenge, report or support both targets and bullies. Many schools adopt the latest fashion in reducing bullying without considering an overall plan and evaluating it regularly, or they use Band-Aid approaches.

Why bullying happen

There are many reason why the bully occur the reason are:-
1.      Don’t like the person being bullied
2.      Find Bullying Fun
3.      Like To Fell tough and strong, in control
4.      Think it will make them popular
And many a time they don’t know they are bullying because at small age like 6-7 age of children do not know that they are bullying as everyone perfectly know that teasing is a part of bullying but small children will get to know when it is said my teacher so before the teacher says they bully the people because they do not know they are bullying.
Bullying behavior can be done because of some reason like:-
  1.  Misunderstanding
  2. Lack of knowledge
  3. Have Fear
  4. Jealousy

These are some more common reason that makes a person bully. The bully can also be happen because if the bully wants something around him and it’s not happening he will try to bully people and scare people so that they will follow him.
Some people bully because they have seen people bully and they think it fine to bully and some people bully to get attention to have an identity on the students that he is powerful and never fight with him or you will be bullied.
Most of the problem came why the bully occur because there are problems that are in the house so they get stress and anger they show in the school by bullying people they want to release from stress and because of stress they got so angry some time they start to beat people.
It is a very big and main role of bystander because if the bystander does not react to the bullying the bully will get more confidence that nobody is taking any action because of this behavior many bully are long lasting.
As though the bullying takes place in school but the high level bullying is called terrorism. Terrorism attack are done because they also want to show that they have so much power that nobody can destroy them.

There are many reason of bullying but these are the common reason so beware of bully and try to protect yourself from bully.
